General Return Policy:

Our return policy allows for a 7-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and include all tags. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer the following options for returns:

Refund as store credit
Exchanges

Please note that damaged items, used products, and items without packaging or labels are not eligible for return or exchange.

Upon receiving your return request, we will process it within 14 days. You will receive updates on the status of your return via email or phone.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. It is important to request a return authorization before shipping any items back to us, as packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that shipping goods from outside India may result in longer delivery times.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
